Customer agrees to price and terms, rules and guidelines listed below. All facility and covid rules must be followed through out whole session of party.

$100 Non-Refundable CASH Deposit Required to Book
2 Reserved Tables In Snack Bar ONLY < With Social Distancing & Seating Distance in mind > Up to 15 Admissions & 15 Skates If Needed

You can bring in Outside Food < Individually Packaged Food Please >
You can ONLY bring in Individual Drinks < Juice Boxes, Can Soda, Water Bottles > You can ONLY bring in Cupcakes & Individual Ice Creams
Please bring in ALL PAPER PRODUCTS < Plates, Napkins & Utensils >

(We will not be able to provide the above items)

*YOU MUST BRING IN HAND SANITIZER FOR ALL YOUR GUESTS TO USE & ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR MASK PROPERLY WORN ON AT ALL TIMES UNLESS SEATED AT YOUR ASSIGNED SNACK BAR TALBE TO EAT *

Parties may arrive at 11:45 am to start setting up. When you arrive, you must pay for YOUR REMAINING PARTY BALANCE in full. CASH ONLY. The individual who books the party and signs the invoice MUST ARRIVE & CHECK IN with the Birthday Rep in-order for anyone with the party to be let in.

Please note that all OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS, BRITHDAY CELEBRATIONS & GROUP ACTIVITIES must be completed BY 2:15 pm in the snack bar area. At 2:30 pm we ask that you take all personal belongings out to your vehicle when the SNACK BAR is CLOSED. The last 15 minutes will be for the Skateland Line Dances. If your party does not arrive by 12:30 pm it will be subject to dismissal of the Birthday Party Package and you will lose your deposit. All Guests must arrive by 2:00 pm. ALL GOODIE BAGS MUST BE HANDED OUT BEFORE 2:30 PM
NO CONFETTI, PINATA AND HELIUM TANKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING!! Parents are welcome free as SPECTATORS ONLY!! If they decide to skate you must either include them in your party or have them pay for ADMISSION & SKATE RENTAL at the cashier window. REMEMBER YOUR PARTY ENDS AT 2:30 PM IN SNACK BAR.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL HOUSE RULES POSTED AND VERBAL, SOCIAL DISTANCING, NEW COVID RESTRICTIONS AND CDC GUIDANCE MAY RESULT IN YOUR PARTY BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND.
